How to Get Family Visa Abu Dhabi

How to sponsor wife or children in Abu Dhabi? If your visa is in Abu Dhabi, you can easily sponsor your wife. In case you have all the documents listed above, you can sponsor, otherwise you won’t be able to sponsor a visa. 

Documents requirement Wife or Children 

1. Valid passport copy minimum six months (wife).

2. Clear passport size photo (wife).

3. If she is a visitor then need a visit visa copy 

4. Birth certificate attested and translated (children).

 Open a Sponsor File

 if you want to get your wife or children visa under your sponsor. The first step is to open a sponsor file with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP). You just need to apply for a sponsor file, then wait for approval.

Apply for entry permit visa: 

When the sponsor file is approved then you will be able to apply for an entry permit visa. Now your spouse or child has come to the uae. 

Apply for Change status visa: 

 If your spouse lives in the UAE. then you need to apply for change status. Or your spouse lives outside or in your home country then no need to change status.

 Medical test: 

Complete your spouse or child entry permit visa then you can go to any approval visa medical center. You can go to the khalifa hospital located in Al wadha mall, Abu Dhabi or Capital Health Screening Centre – Al Jazira, Abu Dhabi . 

Health insurance: 

In Abu Dhabi health insurance must be needed. Sometimes your company provides health insurance. But if your company didn’t provide it then you need individual health insurance. 

Remember if your company provided health insurance is better for you. Otherwise if you make individual health insurance that time you need to pay 3000+ AED. You can contract with us and we are provided with the cheapest health insurance. 

You have 14 days for insurance after completing your change status visa. Otherwise you will get a fine 300 AED every month. 

How to check health insurance fine? 

Emirates ID & Residence Visa: 

After completing your medical test, health insurance then you will apply for Emirates ID & Residence visa. 

Note: in Abu Dhabi, you need to apply for an Emirates ID and Residence visa together. You can’t apply for only an Emirates ID or only residence visa. 

Fingerprint : 

Apply for your Emirates ID then take the emirates id application paper. And go to the medical center and give your fingerprint. After completing the biometric then wait for the emirates id.

Get Emirates ID 

If you receive a message “ your emirates id card is printed done”. Then just wait for 2 or 3 working days. You will get your ID CARD.

Can I sponsor my wife without tenancy in UAE?

No. you can’t sponsor your wife without a tenancy contract or Ejary in the United Arab Emirates. Must be needed to have a valid tenancy contract otherwise you can’t apply for a visa.
